The Challenge
CLAP for Youth@JC, a community-based career planning program funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, needed an innovative solution to help secondary school students maximize the value of their workplace visits.
Traditional workplace visits often lacked structured preparation and follow-up, resulting in students missing valuable learning opportunities. Teachers also struggled to track student engagement and assess the effectiveness of these career exploration activities.
The program required a mobile platform that could guide students through the entire workplace visit journey—from preparation to reflection—while making the experience engaging and memorable through gamification.

Our Solution
Gamified Learning Journey
Students become 'cyclists' completing a race through 7 refueling stations, making career exploration engaging and memorable with clear progression and achievement tracking.
Structured Preparation
Stations 1-4 guide students through comprehensive pre-visit preparation, ensuring they understand objectives, research the company, and prepare meaningful questions.
Reflection & Documentation
Stations 5-7 facilitate post-visit reflection, puzzle activities, and opinion submission, helping students process and internalize their workplace experience.
