The Challenge
In today's fast-paced world, many individuals struggle with living in the present moment. People often find themselves dwelling on unpleasant past experiences or worrying about an uncertain future, leading to stress, anxiety, and a sense of being lost in the maze of daily life.
The Diversity & Well-being Laboratory at The Chinese University of Hong Kong recognized the need for an accessible platform that could teach mindfulness practices and help individuals develop the skills to observe their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment.
The challenge was to create a comprehensive web platform that could deliver evidence-based mindfulness training, making these practices accessible to everyone while maintaining the depth and authenticity of traditional mindfulness teachings.
